Electronic Forms
Traditional methods of producing business forms such as multi-part invoices, purchase order, etc involved design, printing and storage of pre-printed stationery with the final output being produced on dot-matrix or line printers. The various stages in production of a document all incur inherent costs.ITQ's AutoFORM Electronic Forms Software is a Document Production and Management System producing all types of business documents and replacing the need for expensive pre-printed stationery and dedicated printers. The software enables any organisation to replace pre-printed stationery with laser produced forms, reducing costs and increasing flexibility.
The Electronic Forms can be identified automatically, invoices, statements etc can be printed on the same printer with no user intervention, documents can be printed anywhere on the network, indexed and saved in an archive or sent as an E-mail or a fax.
Any number of forms can be produced and used within the system. Forms can be created in any software package, even Microsoft Word and transferred to AutoFORM. Forms can either be simple template overlays or more complex designs. Any changes made to the forms are instantly available within the system.
